What happens if a customer's order arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@advanced-aminos.com or 813-713-4961. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and work diligently to resolve the issue. Please retain all original packaging and contents if your order arrived damaged, as these may be required for the claim process.

Orders are typically processed during normal business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).
Weekday cutoff: Orders placed on weekdays before 3:30 PM EST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM EST are typically processed the next business day.
Saturday cutoff: Orders placed on Saturday before 10:00 AM EST are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST on Saturday and all day Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).
