Refund & Cancellation

All products sold by Advanced Aminos are strictly intended for Research Use Only (RUO). Please review this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and strict chain-of-custody requirements, all purchases are considered final once an order has been processed. Advanced Aminos does not accept returns or exchanges of products.

2. Physical Returns Are Prohibited

Physical returns are strictly prohibited due to chain-of-custody requirements. Customers must not ship products back to Advanced Aminos unless specifically instructed to do so in writing by Advanced Aminos.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of the order being placed. After the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, the order can no longer be cancelled. Customers who wish to cancel an order must contact Advanced Aminos within the 2-hour cancellation window and provide the applicable order information.

4. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Advanced Aminos within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged shipment, customers must provide clear photographs of the following:
  • The shipping packaging
  • The product vials
  • The packing slip
Photographs of the damaged packaging, vials, and packing slip are required so that the shipment can be properly reviewed.

5. Damaged Shipment Reporting Window

All damaged shipment reports must be submitted within the 72-hour reporting window following delivery. Customers should retain the original shipping packaging, product vials, and packing slip until the damaged shipment has been reviewed.

6. Research Use Only

All products sold by Advanced Aminos are provided strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). Products are not intended for human consumption, clinical use, or therapeutic application.

7. Contact

For cancellation requests or damaged shipment reports, please contact Advanced Aminos as soon as possible and provide your order number along with the required information and photographs. Advanced Aminos reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as necessary. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
